Quality Control
Quality control is included throughout the production process. We review materials, measurements, workmanship, branding and packaging against the approved product requirements. Our goal is to identify and correct issues before the order is prepared for shipment.
Our Quality Control Process
01 — Pre-Production Review
Before production begins, we review your approved design, garment specifications, size chart, colour references and branding requirements. This gives our production and quality teams a clear standard to follow.
We also confirm fabric, trims, measurements, logo placement, construction details, quantities and packing instructions. Any unclear information is discussed before materials are cut or production begins.
02 — Fabric & Trim Check
The selected fabric and trims are checked against the approved product requirements. We review the fabric’s colour, appearance, weight, stretch, texture and general suitability for the intended garment.
Components such as thread, zippers, buttons, elastic, labels and other accessories are also checked before use. This helps ensure that the materials remain consistent throughout the order.
03 — In-Production Inspection
Quality checks continue while garments are being manufactured. Our team reviews stitching, seam construction, panel alignment and workmanship during production rather than waiting until the entire order is completed.
If an issue is identified, it can be corrected before it affects more garments. This provides better control over consistency and reduces avoidable problems during final inspection.
04 — Measurement Check
Finished garment measurements are compared with the approved size chart and product specifications. Key measurement points may include body length, chest width, sleeve length, waist, inseam and other product-specific dimensions.
Measurements are checked according to the agreed tolerance for the order. This helps maintain consistent sizing across different sizes and production quantities.
05 — Branding Verification
Printed, embroidered and transferred designs are reviewed for size, colour, position and overall appearance. We also check custom labels, hangtags and other branded components against the approved artwork or sample.
The inspection covers placement, alignment, clarity and attachment. This helps ensure that the finished branding accurately represents your design and brand requirements.
06 — Final & Packing Inspection
Completed garments receive a final visual and workmanship check before packing. We review their overall appearance, stitching, finishing, cleanliness, quantities and any details specified for the order.
Approved garments are folded and packed according to the agreed instructions. Size labels, hangtags, individual packaging, carton quantities and shipping marks are checked before the order is prepared for dispatch.
